Center of the Action
When my friends and I stayed at Cotton Tree Cottages in Gili Trawangan, we had an awesome time! The location was perfect for us because it was right in the center of all the action. We were just a short walk away from Gili Trawangan Harbor and Gili Trawangan Hill, which meant that we could easily hop on a boat or go hiking whenever we wanted. Plus, there were so many fun activities to do nearby, like cycling and snorkelling. It was the perfect spot for young people like us who wanted to have an action-packed vacation!
If there was one thing I wish was different about our stay at Cotton Tree Cottages, it would be that they had more party nights. Don't get me wrong, the one all-night party they hosted was super fun, but we would have loved to have more opportunities to dance and have a blast.

I had such a great time at this hotel! First of all, the prices were really affordable compared to other places I've stayed. The attention to detail was impressive, especially in the furnishings of the room. It had a cozy and comfortable vibe that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect for me - away from the busy coast, but close to the port. Lastly, the staff was absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and accommodating, and the service they provided was top-notch. Plus, the breakfast they served on my own little terrace was delicious!
Everything was just perfect, no improvements needed.

Great location, very clean rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel provides good value for money with the free Wi-Fi and excellent breakfast. The best part of our stay was being able to rent bikes and explore the beautiful island with its stunning views. We were happy to find out that the rooms had both AC and ceiling fans which made our stay comfortable.
The hotel was a bit challenging to locate, and the beds were a bit too noisy. , if you're looking for a place with exciting nightlife, this is not the right location for you.

The rooms were comfortable with modern amenities and there was free drinking water available, which is a great way to avoid plastic waste. the location was just a short walk away from the main road and close to the harbor, making it easy to get around. Breakfast was included and had tasty options to choose from, which we enjoyed trying out.
The Wi-Fi could be slow and unreliable at times, which made it frustrating to use. There were no simple meals or snacks available during the day, which was inconvenient when we wanted a quick bite to eat.
